2020 Group Leaders

**Steubenville On The Bayou HIGHLY recommends Group Leaders be at least 24 years old.  All Group Leaders (and anyone 18 years of age or older) MUST be in compliance with their Diocesan Safe Environment policies.​​​

Registration Process



  2. Upon receiving registration, Group Leader will be sent an email confirmation and invoice within 2 business days.

  3. Once deposit is received (due within 2 weeks of registration emails sent), Group Leader will receive an email with instructions on registering the group.

  4. The Group’s name and Group Leader’s name will appear on the Participant’s Registration page which is the link participants use to register with your group.

  5. Group Leaders can access their dashboard to manage their group registrations (you'll login with your email and password we sent to you).

  6. At any point between registration and June 14th, the Group Leader needs to submit the Acknowledgment & Verification Form (see "Forms" below)


  • Monday, November 18, 2019

    • Early Registration opens

    • $155 per registrant, includes Friday dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner.

    • A deposit of $50 per spot is due 2 weeks after registering group.

  • Thursday, May 14th 4:00pm

    • Early Registration ends.

    • Deadline for Group Leaders to drop unused spots (up to 5 deposits paid on dropped spots will be transferred to your final balance; if more than 5 spots dropped, the deposits are forfeited.

    • Group shirt pre-orders at 4:00pm

    • Pizzas and Sunday Travel Lunch orders due at 4:00pm.


  • Friday, May 15th

    • Regular Registration price implemented at $175/person

    • Registration will remain open until the conference is full


  • Thursday, May 21st

    • Final Payment deadline for those who registered early

    • If not paid by deadline, group may incur late fees

Group Leader Registration Questions


What if my church attended last year but I was not the Group Leader? Please let us know you are a new Group Leader when you register - that way we can assist you with each step since it's all new to you!


How can I change the number of people in my group? You will need to contact our office to add or remove spots from your group. You can email us at shawn@lift316.com.  


What if someone drops out of my group? Can I replace them? Yes, a paid spot for the conference may be filled by any person you approve to attend with your group. Since everyone must register in the program, you will need to make sure that you remove the person who dropped from your group and the new person must register online.


Where can I find a copy of my invoice? You can request a current copy of the invoice for your group by contacting the office. You can email us at shawn@lift316.com or call 985/262-9064.


Should I register youth on the website myself or ask them to register? Youth MUST register themselves, with their parents present, since all signatures for liability forms are now collected online. Youth under 18 years old MUST have a parent sign the liability form.  Those over 18 can sign for themselves.


What if someone registers for my group who doesn't belong there? You can simply log into your dashboard and remove that person from your group!
